Role Overview
The Admin role provides operational and administrative support to accounting teams, ensuring workflows, documentation, and processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise documents and internal systems
- Support workflow coordination and task tracking
- Assist with client communications and follow-ups
- Update databases and internal records
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent administrative experience
- 1–2 years of admin or operations support experience
- Strong organisational and system skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
